Leaving on a Jet Plane

Sunday, June 01, 2008

Yes in a matter of hours, I am leaving on a jet plane..
But before that I guess I should wrap up abit on the RTU trip to KL.. with pictures of course. There's a limit to the number of things that will actually inspire me to write something about that place so I shall leave it to the pictures to paint those thousand words. (ok I am just being lazy..)

We went to this Tree-Top-Walk-thing in quite an Ulu part of KL.. The place is called Forest Research Insitute of Malaysia (FRIM)... Geogers check it out..

This is actually a mini stream and it is actually quite hard to get all of us to climb up that boulder...

Lunch at Times Square was.. normal.

Walking the plank...

This looks like we just went outfield.. which we actually did. Really respected the girls who trekked up the steps wearing slippers..
At Batu Cave
They have loads of monkeys all around the Batu Cave.. Some can give really cute poses.. But the way they litter and make a mess during their food hunt... the cleaners definitely don't find them cute...

A group shot with the Twin Towers.. Looks as though it's made of crystal.
Thanks to Yongen's fantastic camera, we got this picture.

We just sat at this pavilion and started playing the "Murderer" (aka Polar Bear) game again.. It's THE official game of RTU..

Yes we k-ed.. from 11pm to 3am...

A nice trip, with 13 other people and I must once again thank the fates for such a turn-out. I must say I definitely did not pre-empt this arrangement at all. May our paths cross once again..
