Right or Left?

If handedness means anything, it runs contrary to where we think. The left brain controls the right, and the right brain controls the left. What a mental paradox.
The ambidextrous lot must have really flexible cogs in their mind clocks. The others hopefully exhibit an inclination bias rather than suffer from a screw loose.
The other day you said, "I can't tell right or left anymore." I couldn't tell if the article you lost was your sense of direction or your moral compass, because the object was lost in your sentence, and my intepretation. I raised my right hand and was about to say "this is right" but held myself just in time. I went over to your side, took the angle you saw and raised my right hand. You followed in unison. Then I said this is our right. What you see may not be what you know. The right I say may be your left, from where you see it.
You asked me to choose between right or left, and I replied,
"I will do what is right, and will take what's left then."
